At Ataran, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.
Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- It must be in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return
- A gift certificate will be mailed after the returned item is received
If the item was not marked as a gift:
- Refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (if applicable)
- For high-value items, use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance
